This is the worst airline in the world, I just came from bangladesh the flight was delayed for 5 hours without any reason and than when it landed the did not unload the baggages, and guess what they are so stupid and incompetent it flew back couple of hours later back to dhaka with the same baggage. I am still trying to locate the baggage which it seems no one knows where it is. It seems entire planes baggage is gone missing or still in the plane. I will never use this Biman ever again
